In his first show with Portland Gallery, we are delighted to present twelve attentively observed still life paintings by Michael Taylor, inviting the viewer to study the precise textures and details throughout.
Michael 'crawls' over his paintings, spending around four months on each canvas. He extracts finer minute elements and translates them into muted yet luminous depictions of personal objects and ceramics.
