Nick Botting: People, Polo & Ponies

Portland Gallery is proud to present an exhibition of paintings by Nick Botting.

The exhibition has been made in collaboration with Guards Polo Club and the first section of works explores all aspects of polo life; action packed frames of play, intimate scenes exploring the connection between horse and rider, and depictions of the glamorous socialising that accompanies the sport (Nos. 1-16).

The exhibition then moves on to scenes of racing looking at iconic venues like Cheltenham, Newmarket, Ascot and Goodwood (Nos. 17-29) and ends with Nick’s continued exploration of London views and people in their daily lives (Nos. 30-52).
