Lamb was born in 1960 and grew up in Wiltshire. She studied at the Heatherly School of Fine Art and the Lydgate Art Research Center. She is an abstract artist whose work focuses on finding an image within large brushstrokes and dynamic colour fields. Lamb currently lives and works in Hampshire and exhibits regularly in both the U.K and the U.S.
